Like many I have gone to Greg for a long time. So my recent experience is very disappointing. Spending a lot of money to have zero communication that my vehicle was not going to be done on time not once but twice. Having to figure out how to get out of work to have rework done. Having to have things done that should have already been done the first time. Yes it seems to have been taken care of finally. But all of this combined was unnecessary and not even a hey my bad my guy messed I apologize you had to go through this hassle after spending $1800 here. Very frustrating and disappointing experience.

We did lots of work on your vehicle that takes a certain amount of time, three different technicians were doing work on your vehicle in order to repair everything that needed to be fixed and replaced. We are sorry that you had to come back for a minor tweak on something that we did repair for you, unfortunately sometimes in this industry that does happen.
